Dr. R.B. ANKAM is the Head of Operations in TUTORS PRIDE EDUTECH PVT. LTD Dr.Ankam is an acclaimed expert and visionary leader in Teaching. Dr.Ankam holds MSc (Mathematics) from Andhra University & B.Ed. Degree in teaching besides that an Doctorate in Mathematics from VMDURF university and an MBA in Health Care & Hospital Management with a major in HR Recruitment from Institute of Charted Financial Analyst of India (ICFAI) .in Addition to MA Telugu Literature form Osmania University.

EXPERIENCE

After his Education Joined VIDYA BHARATHI”s SARASWATHI VIDYA PEETHAM, and got trained in PRASIKSHANA VARGA in 1994, and Served as AACHARYA For the period of 4 Years , this changed his ideology towards Education and Training.

He was the General Secretary of [PPCME Society] till 2012 to address educational needs of especially rural youth with a vision to find peace, up liftmen and welfare in the society through education. He began the journey with the establishment of Group of Educational Institutions comprising, Education, Management, Post-Graduation, Degree, and Inter which caters to the learning needs of weaker sections by providing quality education and creating job opportunities.

• Since then he was impressed by the Educational Issues. He worked as Educational Journalist in Andhra Jyothi, Deccan Chronicle, and Andhra Bhoomi. This gave him a Platform to address the wellbeing of the illiterates of the society to give his people what he was denied. This opened new avenues of social consciousness and inspired him to take up the promotion of education.
• He served as State General Secretary for Andhra Pradesh Self-Financed Recognized Colleges Association [APSFRCA]. As the Secretary of the Association he fought for the rights of the colleges nearly 9200. I put many of the problems before the HRD Minister, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Chairman AICTE, and Chairman UGC.
• Initiated many problems of the Nursing students, Teachers Problems, Govt. School Problems to the Government. And created awareness on Right to Education Act, Foreign Universities Bill, NCHER Act and etc.,.

MR. Naveen kumar Kondabathula is Chief Financial Officer of TUTORS PRIDE EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED . His responsibilities include corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning, risk management and investor relations. He has over 10 years of experience in Education and financial services industries.

He has held several leadership positions during a tenure of nearly 2 years with Bharath Dynamic Limited. Till recently, of Strategic Operations, he was responsible for strategic planning, risk management, mergers & acquisitions and corporate marketing. Earlier, he led the cost optimization initiative of the company. as part of the Head Operations ’s Office.

He was the Chief Risk Officer and worked with the Board’s Risk Management and Audit committees to enable the Board’s overview of risk management and governance. Prior to this, Mr.Naveen was Head of the Domain Competency Group, where he led a group of industry consultants and worked with global financial services with Sarath Associates & Charted Accountants; Rangaiah & co Charted Accountants; SND & Associates Charted Accountants.

He has many More Academic Credentials, where he held leadership responsibilities in Colleges as student planning and credit functions. He has a post graduate Degree in Commerce from Osmania University; apart from his Professional Qualifications like ICWAI and ICAI.

Mr. Arieddin Sheik, soon after finishing Engineering Graduation from JNTU; unlike other Engineers not starved for Jobs. He created Job paths too many Patta Holders by becoming a successful entrepreneur in the field of Information Technology; is rendering services to TUTOR PRIDE EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED in the Designation of TECH DIRECTOR.

Mr. Sheik is responsible to design and oversee the technological requirements of the TUTORS PRIDE with his rich experience as a Software Architect ; besides a demonstrated recipes in the fields of Education, Financial and Health Care industry. His skills in Software Development, Cloud Computing and Strategic Consulting, web, mobile technologies in addition to Project management. Under his Dynamic Leadership TUTORS PRIDE caters the needs of the Professionals.

He is on a mission to help Entrepreneurs and SMEs to grow their business by digitally transforming them using cost effective software solutions. He is a regular speaker at MSME World Forum. He worked as high scalability and high availability consultant for reputed companies like Family Health Plan Insurance TPA Ltd, Apna Loan Bazaar to name a few.

Mr.Sheik heart skip a beat when a new software program or hardware implement hits store shelves, his soul obsessed with pristine code and elegant UX/UI design , This made him as TECH DIRECTOR to join tutors pride team as Technical Director.
